Training for Non-Attorney Professionals

Understanding Attorney Ethics, Conduct and Misconduct in the Court System

Every attorney licensed in Ohio must meet ethical standards or face discipline by the Ohio Supreme Court. Support staff and other professionals who interact with attorneys on a daily basis should have a basic understanding of attorney ethics and professionalism. In this lively, informative and interactive presentation you will learn about the ethical standards that must be met by attorneys who practice in Ohio including client contact, discovery, judicial decorum and the disciplinary process.  This seminar will review ethical standards for attorneys including the Ohio Code of Professional Conduct, A Lawyer’s Creed, and a Lawyer’s Aspirational Ideals. Mr. Bogdanoff recently presented this training for the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association seminar for support staff where it received the highest rating from almost every participant.
